Very well made. Have it mounted dead center of a 5ft square granite center island countertop. Makes using kitchen appliances very easy.

Love them! Adds so much style to your kichen not to mention more accesibility to charge all your devices. The customer support is also very amazing.

We needed an island outlet to pass our building code at the last minute. It was easy to install however the silver ring that slips around the base is a real miss. It slides around and gets caught causing the outlet to malfunction during the depression and rise of the unit. We finally ditched the ring.

We got this for our recent kitchen remodel. Works perfectly, installs easily. Charges my Pixel4 phone wirelessly and does a pretty good job of it when you just rest it in top.

I bought this for a kitchen re-model. We wanted outlets on our island that would be accessible for countertop small appliance use. I thought a wireless charger would be a great feature to have too. I researched dozens of pop-up outlets both here on Amazon and elsewhere and settled on this one because it’s really the only heavy-duty option that had wireless charging built in.If you read the specs carefully, all the other options are limited to 12-13 amp current draw, which is probably fine for an office desk, but not adequate for kitchen usage where appliances can easily draw the full 15 or 20 amps available on the circuit. This is also one of the few models advertised to be resistant to spills, obviously also important for kitchen counter top use.So despite the high price, we bit the bullet and bought this one simply because it seemed like the only option that could handle a 20 amp circuit, spills, and have a wireless charger. Unfortunately, the wireless charger is very finicky. You have to place your phone just perfect or it doesn’t work. When you can place the phone just right, it will beep loudly as it starts charging (annoying). However often it doesn’t even register and charging won’t start. And every now and then it will start charging, but then start beeping. We still have no idea why it does this, other than to indicate *something* isn’t right.Compare this to a normal $20 wireless charger you can buy pretty much elsewhere and it’s a poor experience. This wouldn’t be so bad, except for a $330 outlet you would expect everything would work perfectly.Other than the wireless charging, the outlet itself works fine. The mechanism feels plasticky and a little cheap to be honest, but as I said before, it’s one of the few options built to stand kitchen counter use.

Simply drill a 3.75″ diameter hole into your countertop, drop it in, screw the locking ring onto the threaded hosing from the underside, and plug it in (it comes with an electrical cord for plugging into another outlet). We couldn’t be happier. Does it “pop up?” Not really. You press down on it, to disengage it, and then you lift it up from the outer ring. But this thing is heavy duty. Thanks!
