    well made electrical hardware

I was initially concerned about how stiff electrical wire would stand up to the flexing involved in opening and closing the outlet. It turns out the solid house wiring ends at a terminal that doesn’t flex or move. The short distance to the outlet is flexible wiring. Only complaint is the limited instructions that come with it are in typical “Chinese” English which loses a lot in translation. Seems to suggest that you don’t need to install ground wire, but that’s not correct. If they are going to sell it here, then get someone that speaks english as first language. Can’t be that hard? Made in China, by the way, but seems well made. It’s installed now and works fine.

    Centerpiece

This is an attractive outlet used in the middle of the living room. I like that it can pop up and retract when not in use.
